All dinosaurs apart from Saurischians are Ornithischians. The origin of the Ornithischian dinosaurs is obscure, both as to time and place. The teeth are complex in structure. All were plant eaters with beaked mouths, except the pachycephalosaurs. Ornithischian skulls are highly variable, including such weird types as the frilled and horned Triceratops skull, the peculiar duckbilled dinosaurs, and that of the wildly aberrant pachycephalosaurs.
